Callfolio is a proof-page tool from clrty studio, currently pre-launch. It is built for operators who rank local service sites and sell the phone calls, and for the local business owners who receive a proof page. This policy covers the waitlist site at callfolioapp.com. It is short on purpose: we collect little, and we do not sell your data.
That is the whole list. The signup form has one field and it is the email box. We do not ask for your name, your company, your phone number, the sites you rank, or the buyers you work with. We do not buy data about you from anyone else.
Your signup is stored in our own database, on our own server. We share it only with the processors that help us run the service: an email provider, when we send beta invitations. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
The server that runs this site keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses and the pages requested. Those logs help us run and protect the site. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
The site ships with PostHog, a product analytics tool. It is switched off. The analytics key is blank in the build we deploy, so PostHog does not load, sets no cookies, and receives nothing about your visit. The public pages set no cookies of our own and run no advertising trackers. The admin area at /admin uses a login cookie, and that area is for our team only. If we turn analytics on, we will describe it here and change the date at the top.
We keep your waitlist details until the beta has launched and a reasonable follow-up period has passed, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Callfolio is a business tool. It is for people who sell phone leads to local service companies, and for the owners who buy those leads. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We will update this policy as the product changes. When we do, we will change the date at the top.
